Black Heartland EP

I've just posted a new Little Insects EP on the Little Insects bandcamp site. The album is called Black Heartland EP and it's essentially a collection of melancholy folk-pop songs inspired by the heartland, but born in the city. They are mostly acoustic, but are augmented by electronics in subtle and blatantly nontraditional ways such as extensive use of reverb plug-ins in Logic Audio.

The whole thing is a pay-what-you-want-even-zero download from the Bandcamp site and two of the individual tracks can be downloaded independently for free.

It includes the following tracks:

1. "Uncertainty Principle" (free download)
2. "Snow Day"
3. "Bound For Sorrow" (free download)
4. "Feeling Just Like 20 Bucks"

Two of which ("Snow Day" and "Feeling Just Like 20 Bucks") appeared previously in YouTube videos on my WarmTurkey channel.

The cover, which you can click on to be taken to the bandcamp site, looks like this:

Anyway, that's enough self-promotional linking for one post. Enjoy the music.
